1,000th Milestone for Weber

Shea Weber skated in his 1,000th career NHL regular-season game on Tuesday (763 with Nashville, 237 with Montreal) and his Canadiens teammates took to Instagram to congratulate him.

Many of team teammates, like Nick Suzuki, Tyler Toffoli and Artturi Lehkonen re-posted the Canadiens’ celebrating their captain’s milestone.

Jeff Petry wrote in his story, “Congrats big man!”

Tomas Tatar, in his story, posted, “1000.”

Victor Mete posted, “Legend.”

And Joel Edmundson posted a photo of the two of them after their 5-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks.

In 1,000 regular-season games, Weber has registered 220 goals and 357 assists for 577 points, along with 689 penalty minutes.
