The Boston Bruins are going through their final rounds of interviews this week before making a decision on who their next Head Coach is going to be.
As TFP’s David Pagnotta first reported at the beginning of the month, Marco Sturm has been a top contender for the job and is expected to meet with the Bruins for the third time this week.
Pagnotta reported on Tuesday afternoon that Jay Woodcroft concluded his third interview with the Bruins this week and is also considered a finalist for the position.
Sounds like the Bruins are in the final stage of their Head Coach search this week. Both Marco Sturm and Jay Woodcroft are among the remaining contenders for the job; Woodcroft had his latest follow-up interview the other day.

The Bruins have interviewed several other candidates, including the likes of Joe Sacco, Jay Leach and Mitch Love.
Multiple reports this week claimed the Bruins have already decided on Sturm, but according to Pagnotta, as of Wednesday afternoon, the team has not informed Sturm one way or another if he’s gotten the job or not.
The Bruins could make a final decision by the end of the week.
