The Boston Bruins have traded right wing Ryan Donato and a 2019 conditional fifth-round draft pick to the Minnesota Wild in exchange for forward Charlie Coyle.

If the Bruins make the second-round of the 2019 NHL Playoffs, the fifth-round pick will turn into a 2019 fourth-round selection.

Coyle, 26, has registered 10 goals and 18 assists for 28 points in 60 games with the Wild this season.

In 479 career NHL regular-season games, all with the Wild, Coyle has accumulated 91 goals and 151 assists for 242 points, to date.

Donato, 22, picked up six goals and three assists for nine points in 34 games with the Bruins this season.

The 2014 second-round draft pick has played in 46 career NHL games with the Bruins registering 11 goals and seven assists for 18 points.
