The Landskrona, Sweden, native recorded six goals and 16 assists for 22 points in 34 games during the 2012-13 season.

In 183 career NHL regular-season games with the Capitals, Johansson registered 33 goals and 62 assists for 95 points, along with 22 penalty minutes.

Johansson was originally drafted by Washington in the first round (24th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
