The Edmonton Oilers are no longer the sole team in the Canadian west struggling to find some consistent wins.

While the Oilers made some moves this week to try and improve their 15-30-5 record, the Calgary Flames and Vancouver Canucks have joined their conference counterparts in scraping to find some wins.

Vancouver currently sits seventh in the Western Conference, gripping onto one of two wildcard spots. The team has gone 2-5-3 in their last 10, which included a 9-1 blowout to Anaheim on Wednesday, and a brawl filled 1-0 loss to the Kings on Monday.

To add to the Canucks' woes, the threat of injury looms as key forward Mike Santorelli left a 1-0 loss to the Coyotes Thursday night. He was reportedly seen later sporting his right arm in a sling.

Starting net minder Roberto Luongo traveled with the team on their south western road trip, however still remains day-to-day with an ankle injury.

The Canucks aren't the only Western Canadian team struggling to score.

The Flames are still looking for their first home win of 2014 after a 5-2 loss to the Jets. They are currently second last in the Pacific division after going 2-8-0 in their last 10.

The two struggling teams will go head to head in Vancouver on Saturday.
