Lightning sign St. Louis to extension

TFP has learned that the Tampa Bay Lightning has signed right wing Martin St. Louis to a four-year contract extension worth $22.5 million.

St. Louis, 35, has one-year left on his current contract. He picked up 29 goals and 65 assists for 94 points in 82 games with the Lightning last season.

In 772 career NHL regular-season games with the Calgary Flames and Lightning, St. Louis has accumulated 267 goals and 412 assists for 679 points.
