Clowe, Peckham and Setoguchi heading to ECHL
TheFourthPeriod.com

The SF Bulls of the ECHL have signed San Jose Sharks winger Ryane Clowe on Tuesday.

Clowe, 30, is expected to join the club for practice on Thursday. His signing with the team comes a day after Edmonton Oilers defenseman Theo Peckham agreed to terms with the Bulls during the NHL lockout.

"We're excited to have a player of Ryane's caliber join the team," said Bulls President/Head Coach Pat Curcio. "We look forward to having him around the locker room, as he gets back into game shape. The rest of the players on the team will have a chance to learn from his work ethic."

Other NHLers, such as Minnesota Wild forward Devin Setoguchi, have also chosen to take their talents to the ECHL during the work stoppage.

Setoguchi, 25, signed with the Ontario Reign on Tuesday, after posting 19 goals and 17 assists for 36 points in 69 games with the Wild last season.
