Pens looking to add for a run

Pittsburgh Penguins GM Jim Rutherford appears poised to add at least one more piece to his roster by the Feb. 29 trade deadline.

According to Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun of both ESPN and TSN, the Penguins are looking to add both a forward and a defenseman in the next 13 days.

The Penguins are believed to be eyeing Toronto Maple Leafs blueliner Roman Polak, while Arizona Coyotes forward Mikkel Boedker could be a target up front.

Rutherford is also reportedly keeping tabs on a pair of Calgary Flames -- versatile forward Jiri Hudler and defenseman Kris Russell.

It's unclear if a trade for any of these four mentioned players is imminent, but talks are expected to pick up between now and the deadline.
