Dupuis signs four-year deal with Pens

The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed unrestricted free agent forward Pascal Dupuis to a four-year contract worth $15 million.

The deal runs through the 2016-17 campaign, and has an average annual value of $3.75 million.

In 48 games this past year, Dupuis was third on the Penguins in goals (20), third in points (38) and first in plus-minus (+31).

In five-plus seasons with Pittsburgh, the 34-year-old has accumulated 94 goals and 118 assists for 212 points and a plus-75 rating in 379 regular-season games.

Originally signed by the Minnesota Wild as an undrafted free agent, Dupuis has played in 798 career NHL regular-season games with Minnesota, the New York Rangers, Atlanta and Pittsburgh, totaling 175 goals, 199 assists and 374 points.
