Pyatt signs new 2-year deal

The Phoenix Coyotes have re-signed left wing Taylor Pyatt to a two-year contract. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pyatt, 28, recorded 12 goals and 11 assists for 23 points with 39 penalty minutes in 74 games with the Coyotes last season.
A native of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Pyatt was originally selected by the Islanders in the first round (8th overall) of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. He signed with the Coyotes as a free agent on Sept. 2, 2009.
