Both free agents have a long list of suitors, and it appears that archrivals Pittsburgh Penguins are a frontrunner to snatch Parise off the market. Penguins star Sidney Crosby is close friends with Parise, and reportedly contacted the winger himself to discuss a future in Pittsburgh.
As for Suter, the star blueliner is reportedly looking to stay in the Western Conference, and he is considered somewhat of a long shot for the Flyers.

Meanwhile, the team could also look to trade for Bobby Ryan of the Anaheim Ducks, if they are not asking for too many of the Flyers' priced possessions like their young talented players.
