Flyers tried to trade Bobrovsky
TheFourthPeriod.com

With Ilya Bryzgalov taking control of the Flyers' full-time goaltending duties, Sergei Bobrovsky won't see much ice time unless it's with another club.

Citing unnamed sources, the Philadelphia Daily News reports the Flyers have been shopping Bobrovsky for the last two months.

While Flyers GM Paul Holmgren denies the claim, Bobrovsky was believed to be dangled in front of the Colorado Avalanche, before the Avs landed Semyon Varlamov from the Washington Capitals.

The Daily News claims the Flyers are still trying to trade him, and will continue to do so during the season if a deal isn't reached by then.
