Del Zotto heading overseas
TheFourthPeriod.com

New York Rangers defenseman Michael Del Zotto will be packing up and heading over to Switzerland as soon as he's able to do so, a source told TFP.

Del Zotto is currently in New York City, but is unable to travel due to the wreckage and turmoil caused by Hurricane Sandy.

It's unclear when Del Zotto will make his trip to Switzerland, where he's expected to join the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, though he could leave as early as this weekend.

Del Zotto was originally set to leave on Wednesday.
