Unhappy with his play to start the 2009-10 campaign, Rangers winger Chris Higgins could be moved at some point this season.
The Ottawa Sun claims the Rangers are trying to move Higgins, who has just two assists in 13 games so far this year.
Higgins was traded to New York, along with defensemen Ryan McDonagh, Doug Janik and Pavel Valentenko, in exchange for Scott Gomez, Tom Pyatt and Mike Busto.
The 26-year-old forward is in the final year of his contract and can become an unrestricted free agent next summer. He's making $2.25 million this year.
