Predators to trade Hartnell? TheFourthPeriod.com
Nashville Predators left-wing Scott Hartnell is a strong candidate to get moved before the season's trade deadline, reports the Ottawa Sun.
Hartnell, who has 10 goals and seven assists in 25 games with the Preds this season, turning down a three-year deal last summer and is set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1, 2007.
The Sun claims the New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens and New York Islanders have all called to check on the availability of Hartnell.
