Wild agree to terms with Havlat

The Minnesota Wild and unrestricted free agent right wing Martin Havlat have agreed to terms on a six-year, $30 million contract.

Havlat, 28, played in 81 games with the Chicago Blackhawks last season, registering 29 goals and 48 assists for 77 points.

In 470 career NHL games with the Ottawa Senators and Blackhawks, Havlat has accumulated 169 goals and 227 assists for 396 points.

Havlat was originally drafted 26th overall by the Senators in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft.
