Oilers acquire Maroon from Ducks

The Edmonton Oilers have acquired left wing Patrick Maroon from the Anaheim Ducks.

Maroon, 27, registered four goals and nine assists for 13 points in 56 games with the Ducks this season.

In 204 career NHL regular-season games, Maroon has accumulated 26 goals and 53 assists for 79 points.

Maroon was originally drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the sixth-round, 161st overall, of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
