Hall signs seven-year contract
TheFourthPeriod.com

The Edmonton Oilers have signed left wing Taylor Hall to a seven-year, $42 million contract extension.

Hall, 20, has one-year left on his current three-year, entry-level contract.

The Kingston, Ontario native was limited to 61 games last season due to injuries, though he did manage to register 27 goals and 26 assists.

The Oilers drafted Hall first-overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
