Hall, 20, was limited to 61 games last season due to injuries, though he did manage to register 27 goals and 26 assists.
Eberle, 22, tallied 34 goals and 42 assists in 78 games with the Oilers last season.
Both players have one-year remaining on their three-year, entry-level contracts.
It's believed Hall and Eberle could be looking for similar deals to the six-year, $34.35 million extension Jeff Skinner signed with Carolina earlier this month.
