Avalanche sign Raycroft

  The Colorado Avalanche have signed unrestricted free agent goalie Andrew Raycroft to a one-year, $800,000 contract and forward Darcy Tucker to a two-year, $4.5 million deal.

Raycroft and Tucker were recently bought-out by the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Raycroft, 28, went 2-9-5 with the Leafs last season, while Tucker, 33, registered 18 goals and 16 assists in 74 games.
