Boll signs two-year contract

The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed right wing Jared Boll to a two-year, $2.1 million contract.

Boll, 26, registered two goals, one assist and 126 penalty minutes in 54 games with the Blue Jackets this past season.

In 345 career NHL regular-season games, all with Columbus, Boll has accumulated 22 goals and 24 assists for 46 points, along with 863 penalty minutes.

Boll was originally drafted by the Blue Jackets in the fourth-round (101st overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
