Hurricanes sign Corvo, Peters

The Carolina Hurricanes have signed unrestricted free agent defenseman Joe Corvo to a one-year, $2 million contract.
The Hurricanes have also re-signed unrestricted free agent goaltender Justin Peters to a two-year, $1.075 million deal.
