As the Hurricanes look to move the likes of Bryan Allen, Jaroslav Spacek and Tuomo Ruutu, it appears another player is catching the eye of a number of teams.
Several clubs are interested in Carolina left wing Jussi Jokinen, who has two-years left on his contract beyond this season.
Jokinen, a native of Kalajoki, Finland, currently ranks third on the Hurricanes in scoring with 28 points (seven goals, 21 assists).
The 28-year-old's best season came in 2009-10, when he recorded 30 goals and 35 assists for 65 points with Carolina.
The Los Angeles Kings, San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues are all in the market for some secondary scoring, and could have interest in Jokinen.
