"I think if they want to move me, they can move me," Ehrhoff told the Buffalo News this past week. "We'll see. Obviously, it's not up to me and that remains to be seen."
The Sabres are expected to explore the trade market this off-season and could end up moving him.
Sabres GM Tim Murray was noncommittal on Ehrhoff's future with the team. Several teams were reportedly interested in Ehrhoff this season, including the Detroit Red Wings, Dallas Stars and Boston Bruins.
Meanwhile, forward Drew Stafford, who was also shopped during the season, may not be moved this off-season, according to the News.
"I'm focused on being the best player I can be, trying to help this team turn the ship around," Stafford told the paper. "When I'm contributing and playing the way I need to play, I want to be part of the solution."
