Ducks put Ryan negotiations on hold
TheFourthPeriod.com

Contract discussions between the Anaheim Ducks and young sniper Bobby Ryan appear to have hit a roadblock and have been put on hold until the end of the season, according to a report.

During Saturday night's "The Hotstove" segment on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada, the panel touched on Ryan's contract negotiations, indicating that the 22-year-old rejected a three-year offer prior to the season.

It's believed talks will resume once the season has been completed.

Ryan, who scored 31 goals for the Ducks last season, is in the final year of his three-year, entry-level contract.
