Meet Zach Bogosian, the Thrashers' 2008 first-round
pick. Bogosian started the 2007-08 season outside of the
ISS Top Ten but with solid play from the start to the
finish of the season, ISS scouts moved him ahead of all
the other defensive prospects to No.2 overall. He is a
smooth skating defenseman who can carry the puck up the
ice and play an offensive style of game without
sacrificing defense. In addition to solid skills, Zach
demonstrated a willingness to play physical when
necessary.
