Meet Luke Schenn, the
Toronto Maple Leafs' 2008 first-round selection. Ranked
sixth-overall heading into the draft by ISS, Schenn is a
world-class defenseman in the making. He's a strong
stay-at-home blueliner that thrives on clearing the net.
ISS says he has a great all around skill. He's loaded
with experience on the international scene, playing for
Canada in the Summit Series and also winning gold at the
World Juniors in 2008. He's a character guy; very well
known for his leadership skills. Schenn can play in all
situations and is capable of playing a lot of minutes.
